healthy eating help!
okay so seeing that i lost 4 lbs in a month just from dropping soda... it's kind of motivated me to eat a little healthier and use our untouched treadmill ! pre pregnancy i was like 130, towards the end of pregnancy i was about 170, now a year post partym i'm 136!! i plan on at least doing 30 mins walking/running everyday. eating my usual breakfast , eating a ' healthy ' lunch and then substituting something very quick yet healthy for dinner. i think dinner is the most unhealthiest meal i eat and i'd like something easy to make or something easy i can prep because i don't want to be doing two dinners every night, i know for a fact my SO won't eat healthy with me.
any ideas pleaassssse drop them below or share your secrets! i feel like when i look online all i see is complicated recipes lol

i have big love handles, my back and booty connect like i have no booty and a flabby tummy. can't wait to look back in a couple months and HOPEFULLY have an after pic to compare to!!
