Is swimming bad while pregnant?
My boyfriend gets worried because I actually swim laps (slowly) I do notice I get a little bit of cramps but nothing bad. I feel it isn't bad but that's because I love the water so much and it's just another form of exercise. But I couldn't be wrong.
So is swimming bad while pregnant?
