How long did you stay 3 cm dilated?

At my appointment yesterday (which was also my dd, I was 3 cm, how long was it before you had your babies at this point?

I was 3 cm at 36 weeks with my first, 4 cm at 37 weeks, then delivered at 38. I'm getting my first check today at 36+3. Hoping all these contractions are starting the process again.
