Itchy 😑

Ok I think I have just, like, a super sensitive vagina??? So basically whenever I wear underwear (off period duh) for even just like, a day and a night without changing it, I get really itchy from the discharge. Not for very long though, just like not even a day after it. No pain when I pee though. So I didn't used to use pantyliners 24/7 should I? I mean, then I could change them way more often to keep it clean? Tips please
