I kinda fell 'off the wagon' for a about 6 months. I went from people thinking I was anorexic at 114 pounds being 5'4, to now being almost 200. I feel like me being depressed and stressed was a lot of it, but now I'm ready to do me again 💅🏻 Any suggestions on how to live life healthy, weight wise and mentally.
Weight loss is a must, and I would also like more help with what y'all think helped you most to get you out of this situation, if you've ever been in it! ❤️❤️❤️
