Guilt??

Question

July 22nd my sisters baby was born into heaven at 37 weeks pregnant due to cord strangulation. I'm currently 21 weeks pregnant and I feel guilty??? I don't know how else to describe it. I'm excited about my baby but I'm super scared to say anything around her because I don't want to make her sad. Don't know what to do 😔

I would talk to her about it. Tell her your feelings and ask her what she would prefer.

Let her take the lead, that's all I can suggest.
My sister had a 5 month old when my son was born sleeping at 28 weeks and she's now pregnant again and due 3 days after his 1st birthday. 
I was REALLY hard seeing my niece at first but it gradually got easier and now I have an amazing bond with her and really think she has helped me heal. My sister lets me take the lead on talking about this baby though. I'll be the one to ask questions about planning for it etc, some days I can handle it and others I can't.
I know I will struggle when her new baby is born, particularly if it is a boy but I will do everything I can to make sure I have the same kind of bond as with my niece.
Try keeping in touch with her by text and phone at first and ask her if it's ok to come over.  Some days she might be able to cope better with seeing you pregnant than others. Talk to her about her baby, make sure she knows you will never forget them x

Let her come to you. I lost my baby at 23 weeks she was due August 2017 and my boyfriends brothers girl was due June 2017. I lost my baby in April and till this day I don't want to know anything about her baby. It's just an emotional toll. Everyone is different .
