Chair crotch sweat?

Does anyone else get up from sitting on a hard chair and leave a sweaty crotch mark? It's super embarrassing especially since I work and sit beside only men. Is there a way to prevent these sweaty crotch marks whenever I get up from my seat? Is this normal?

It's normal and I hate it! I usually slide off the seat or turn to the side and slide off to try and dry the spot with my pants as I get up 🤣

I put antiperspirant on my inner thighs because I sweat so much. might help you out as well.

Most men don't even wash their hands after they use the bathroom, don't feel pressure from them possibly looking at you lol 😒 😅
