Is this sexual harassment?

Basically my boyfriend was giving me oral under a blanket and it was the first time that I let him see my vagina. Apparently he took a picture of it without my permission and without me knowing. But then he said that he deleted it right after and I checked all over his phone and he did. I was just wondering.

I'm not really sure about harassment, but definitely invasion of privacy.

Depending on your age (both of you), if it's possible for the photo to be retrieved (backup to the cloud, for example), & if the picture ends up somewhere it shouldn't, you *might* have a case to have him put on a sex offenders list. 
But it's not sexual harassment. 
It's also appallingly wrong & inexcusable.

I mean that wasn't the smartest thing to do but I'm sure he. Pilfer see under that blanket and wanted to make sure your vagina was ok... as in nothing like bumps or blisters. Heck I'd do it to. Kinda weird that you'd just throw him under covers where it's dark + he deleted it. My advise is try to be more open with each other
