I need someone's input

I need a opinion from people that are not involved. My husband and I just had a baby boy 4 months ago. We live in the same town as all of his grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends. I have a job in town that I can go back to once baby is older and husband works for a great company but it maxed out on pay. My husbands grandparents have a family business in the line of work my husband does and wants us to take it over. It's a great opportunity that will be more income producing and set a great foundation for our family. They live in Montana two states over. I have no friends of family there other then my husbands friends from when he was growing up and my son won't have any family. ( they are all very involved)

So, should we stay because of family and support here or move to expand our futures down the line. We need to decide this up coming spring
