Birth Control With Little Horomones?

Hey all! I love love LOVE to give advice here but now I am in need of some lol. my how the tables have turned. I am a 21 year old with some mental issues (depression, general anxiety disorder, and possible bipolar mood disorder) and I am already a major C U Next Tuesday when I'm hormonal and about to start my period. I tried the BC pill a long time ago and I honestly scared myself on it along with my friends and my girlfriend at the time. I got off of it immediately. its been a few years since that and now that I'm in a relationship again I want to get back on BC. my problem is, are there any that are really low on hormones? (I know its a long shot because that's what makes them do their thing) I just don't want to be a major bitch to my boyfriend just because of my hormones. I'm already a pain in the ass towards him when I'm on my period. please help me my fellow goddesses! I plan to see my OBGYN soon to discuss this with her too but i want some insight from others as well! thanks in advance dolls! much love! 💘💘💘💝💝💝
