Has anybody used Progesterone & Duphaston (Dydrogesterone) together?

My doctor prescribed progesterone 200mg suppositories (once a day) since 5 weeks and now that I'm in 7th week, Dr. prescribed Duphaston 10 mg (twice a day).

Is it safe to have these 2 together? My instinct says this is too much and progesterone is enough but of course, I am not a professional. My history is 2 spontaneous miscarriage not more than 6 weeks and I have PCOS. She didn't check my progesterone level in the blood so I'm quite worried what drives her decision.

PS: I can't talk to her because she already left for vacation. She'll be back in 3 weeks. I could go to another doctor but would like to know your personal opinions and experiences. Any advice is very much appreciated.
