Something's wrong down there!!! Help!

Okay so the skin space between the vagina and the anus there are little cuts or something. It burns like hell when I pee or when I touch it or when I have sex. Also my vagina itches a lot especially on the edges of the actual hole. I am sexually active and my boyfriend uses a condom. Sometimes I forget to pee after sex so I may just have a UTI but idk why there would be cuts?? Maybe from the friction of the condom? Should I lube up the condom before using it? And does anyone know of any methods/pills that can help me get rid of the cuts and the UTI if that's the case. Thank you!
