GPA question for college??

Hey, Ik this isn't an usual post or question most ppl ask on here (it's not about periods or that stuff lol) can anyone help me out or give advice. I'm going to be a senior in high school this year. My accumulating gpa is 2.9 but the actual gpa is 2.4. I'm going to try really hard this year to bring it up I that's even possible. I wanna get straight A's in all my classes (and Ik the first two semesters only really count for colleges as a senior). Is it possible if I get all A's in my classes (forensic, careers in med, etc) that it will bring it up by some miracle. I want to become a homicide detective and be very successful. I also took the asvab and scored rather Well. And I want to sore the best to my ability on the sat and asat. And I'm starting emt training in a few weeks for volunteer hours and work experience in a smilies field under pressure. If I succeed in all these things by the end of senior year. Or the time u get accepted into college would I be able to get into like a school John jay of criminal justice (New York city) that's my dream school. If anyone has advice? I was thinking of doing weighted classes but my guidance won't allow it. I'm trying to fix the mistakes I did a long time ago (I was never a druggie or anything, I just didn't apply the best Ik I could). So for anyone out there that isn't taking there grades seriously don't be like me, having to try and make up for 9th grade and not working as hard Ik I can. Thanks for anyone's advice!
