freshly diagnosed with pcos

freshly diagnosed with pcos. I'm just confused because the lady on the phone said my ultrasound came back fine and I thought if I didn't have cysts that meant I didn't have pcos. the lady on the phone just said I have amenorhea. But my actual Dr today (half hour ago) said that might tests all came back fine and he's really optimistic. just one thing was at 20 and it should have been at a 2. this is the first time i met him (I'm always with the head nurse) and I don't think I like him. But he said if I can lose weight he thinks I'll be able to get pregnant easily. I'm just confused and I don't like him. But he did prescribe me some weight loss pills. idk what to do now. this whole week waiting for my results I thought I didn't have pcos
