Okay ladies, I don't like using pads or tampons because I hate how much it wastes and tampons are uncomfortable but pads give me heat rashes. So I bought the menstrual cup which was an expensive purchase that I regret. It brings me so much pain that I cry, and I'm not a big crier. I have made sure that it was in the right position and everything, but always pain. So I found sea sponges but they didn't hold much so I was always back and forth from the bath room. Right now I'm looking at reusable pads but aren't sure how much they hold compared to tampons and I'm not sure if they absorb well at all, so if anyone here uses reusable pads that has any advice or information for me that would be great! thanks!!
