Comstipated diarrhea?! Wtf
So I've been having these diarrhea pains/cramps for the past 3 days but no poop😰. If I do poop it's hardly coming out and very watery. I actually wish I had diarrhea so it could all come out already. What do you guys suggest? I'm also breastfeeding so I have to be cautious in what I could take as for medication.
