I bring my daughter for a three mile walk every morning, shes 7 and loves our special time together and we talk about so much. my fiancee and I have our wedding planned for August 11, 2018 and just found out we are pregnant due March 31,2018. I want to stay in shape my whole pregnancy so hopefully I can bounce back easier than last time.

I'm a server so I  walk during my shift. One of my coworkers worked till the end of her pregnancy and said she feels it really helped her in the healing process as it wasn't that bad or long for her. Obviously her personal option but I plan on working till the end in hopes of it helping me as well.

after I got over the sickness yes lol especially on the weekends,my husband was deployed during the last 6 months so my mom and sister would take me out on the weekends to malls to walk around even if we didn't buy anything it help distract my mind lol and I had my baby at 37 weeks and 4 days
