How do you travel with baby and still feed them breastmilk? (If breast is not available)

Question

I'm a FTM who wants to breastfeed exclusively. One thing I've been thinking about is if my baby is with dad or grandparents (say the zoo or on a walk) and the breast is not an option for feeding... what do you do? 
Say I am not there or unavailable to feed for some reason, how would I still allow for my baby to drink breastmilk?
Do babies drink breastmilk cold? I've seen warming devices on amazon, do they work?
My friend bottle feeds and just mixes up a bottle for her baby but what can you do to give your baby breastmilk while on the go (without mom)?

I pump the first couple of months whenever I'm engorged which gives me a freezer stash. But as and ebf mom, I don't go anywhere without or let my baby go anywhere without me.

fresh breast milk cam be good for up to 6 hrs at room temp so pump before she goes

Pump out breast milk and put it in a bottle. 
Don't buy a bottle warmer. Heat up water in a pot then place the bottle in the water, it does the same thing

My daughter only drinks cold breast milk.. I have a freezer stash so I always have milk in a bottle when we go out.. I also have formula in case of an emergency.. it's worked great for us..

Pump milk when it first comes in when you have heaps and freeze. Then give frozen milk to whoever is babysitting. If I didn't quite have enough I would buy formula stick packs rather than a tin. Their poo stinks bad after that so avoided at all costs. Mostly it was all fine and had minimal times where extra milk was needed

I was a nanny for years and the kiddos were ebf. Mom had a freezer stash and I would defrost milk in the fridge. If we went to the zoo I would do it the day before and have cold milk. At the zoo I warmed it under warm tap water. At the park I went through Starbucks first and got a coffee for me and hot water for the bottle. Same for the beach. It's easy to do, just takes some preplanning. Defrost the milk first! Or better yet, sometimes I would ask the mom if she wouldn't mind leaving 1-2 fresh pumped bottles in the fridge for me if I knew we were going to be out for more than one feeding.

Maybe on the go, he/she could run the bottle under hot water to try to take the chill out of it?  Some diaper bags have insulated pockets, so it you had pumped and the bottle could be left out for 6 hours(I can't remember the exact time it can be left out) if it was pit in one of those pockets then maybe it wouldn't get really really cold?  I'm kinda wondering this myself. For me, I'm hoping to not have to be away from the baby, but it would be nice to know if I ever was for whatever reason, what other people did also. If it's cold just run the bottle under hot water. But make sure you introduce the bottle well in advance prior to baby needing to take one. My daughter started refusing the bottle & I'm going back to work on Wednesday, so I've had to try different bottle/nipple combinations. No fun for whomever is with a hungry, crying baby & it makes baby miserable.

My sister had twins and exclusively breastfed until her 6 months, even with returning to work at 6weeks. She pumped while at work, froze it and her husband fed the twins the breastmilk from bottles, then afternoons/evenings she fed directly. Worked fine.
