Getting induced. Help...
So I have gestational hypertension. It's been getting worse and today is the worst it's been. I've had a horrible headache so they told me to go into the office to get checked. My blood pressure was super high but just right below the "you're in danger" zone. So they said if my headache persists or gets worse over the weekend that I will need to be induced Monday night. I'm nervous and don't want social media to know yet. I've tried Tylenol and downing a bunch of water like they told me to and nothing has helped. I feel so sick. I'm in so much pain. I'm thinking my headache won't go away this weekend. Of course my baby should be fine because I will be 39 weeks on Wednesday but I'm still scared. I'm a ftm and I haven't had the easiest pregnancy. Has anyone gone through this or even through an induction? Any advice? I have all my bags packed and car seat installed so I don't have that to worry about. I plan on showering Monday before I go in. I was also put on bed rest but want to do my grocery shopping before I'm induced. We get paid Monday and my husband has Monday off so he can do all the heavy lifting driving and things like that.
