Flu - help!
So a symptom I never thought I would encounter while dealing with the flu is breast engorgement 😅😵. I don't have the energy but I'm dying (in multiple ways). Do I pump and dump or is my milk ok? I'm assuming it's fine, but I thought I'd check. I'll prob dump it anyway
