TMI: small reddish bumps on baby's bum
What do you think it looks like? Yeast infection? Allergy? It doesnt hurt him. I used sudocrem but it isnt helping. Started off with a couple of bumps and now its spreading. Fyi- he is 6 weeks old and exclusively breastfed.
