Nursing baby while pregnant with baby 🤔

Hey guys! I still nurse my son (16 months) and just recently found out that I am pregnant with baby #3. I have read that I need to be careful with my nutrition and water but won't be seeing my doctor until I am almost ten weeks along. 5 more weeks. Any tips or advice on being pregnant and still breastfeeding? Anything I need to watch or keep an eye out for?

Also, typically my sore boobs are a tell tale sign I'm pregnant but they feel fine. I have miscarried before and can't help to worry that me not feeling symptoms is cause for concern. Could it just be because I'm nursing?
