Heartbeat?

Sooooooo Last week at 5w5d I saw the yolk sac. I have an u/S at 6w4d next week. Should I expect to hear or see the heartbeat?

We heard the heartbeat at 8 weeks 1 day with our baby. But it was the first ultrasound. I'm 27 weeks now. My SIL is almost 8 weeks and they were about to see the heartbeat at her ultrasound at 6 weeks 2 days. So its possible, but don't be freaked out if they can't hear it.

It's possible. We saw a heartbeat at 5w6d with a vaginal US, but some people don't see it until 8 or 9 weeks. The tech said my baby's heart must've just started beating because it was super hard to capture.

Depends. Seems different for everyone. I had an abdominal at 6w4d and saw everything and the heartbeat. Some do not (and the tech prewarned me about that).
