early signs maybe?

So before I go get some kind of pregnancy test I would like to ask a question. Is one of the early signs not being able to hold your bladder very well? I'm not extremely last so I'm not getting my hopes up about being pregnant but its still nice to know the early symptoms. Thank you for any responses

Signs appear only with pregnancy hormones increase. Now HPT tests can detect as low as 10 so it's definitely before you can feel any real symptoms. Women feel need to pee more often during pregnancy only when the uterus start to get bigger and to press on bladder, I would say maybe after week 5 at least.

I'd take a test. My best friend just had every single symptom I had before my BFP and she's been testing negative. Signs don't mean anything unfortunately.
