Anyone else having issues with swollen gums & aching teeth while pregnant? I'm 13 weeks now. I didn't have this issue with my last pregnancy, but last week my front gums were so swollen and sore. That went away now my back molar is killing me! I've never had a cavity or any teeth problems, but about to make a dentist appointment at this point! I've heard that teeth and gums can be sensitive during pregnancy, just wondering if anyone else has experienced it and how you dealt with it. Thanks ladies
