Bitter butternut squash?
Ok, i steamed the organic butternut squash to puree for baby food. The first time i steamed of the same squash it tasted sweet but this time i steamed and blended the second part of the sqaush and it tastes bitter! I am hesitating to feed it to my baby. Why suddenly the same squash turned bitter? Any idea?
