It depends how you feel. My SIL annoinced at 10 weeks then miscarried at 11. She was gutted and had to tell everyone. I feel for me, people knowing would make it harder, but some people find that supportive. So I would ask yourself how you would feel if the pregnancy didn't stick. That's the real question. 
Alternatively, tell your mum and your best friend (or whoever you value most) and save the news till 12 weeks for everyone else.

I announced at 8 week it was my first so I was super pumped the next I will wait until 15-20 weeks

I told close family and friends at 4 weeks. Anyone that would support me through a lose. Then told my grandparents and family after my 10 week appointment. Then social media post at 12 weeks.... it's all personal preference but I error on the side of caution especially after having a miscarriage.

I don't think it matters. As soon as I found out I was pregnant I told my family and had two miscarriages but I enjoyed their support and after my second miscarriage I got pregnant again two weeks later but didn't tell anyone until after the first ultrasound. I enjoyed having my family by my side during my miscarriages and my live birth
