ringing
I suffer with generalized anxiety. doesn't matter what, where, when, has been a problem all my life (I'm 33 now) I stopped my meds about a year an a half ago, and just learned to deal with things as best I can, I had my very good reasons for going off my meds. I had a serotonin syndrome issue about 4-5 years ago, ever since have had a constant ringing in my ears. now, occasionally I get these bouts of facial tingling, the ringing gets louder, and my body feels just totally worn out, all I want to do is sleep. I usually have this when I have had a lot of anxiety. anyone else every have the ringing? I was on the max dosage of Lexapro when this all started. I have asked my doctor, he kinda brushes it off. he's not a very aggressive doctor, more concerend that I tested positive for marijuana one time in a urine test, from the one night I smoked when my husband left me cause I literally thought my heart was going to explode from the stress, 3 years ago! still asks me every visit if I've quit recreational drugs! also refused to help change my meds unless I saw a psychiatrist, which getting an appointment in less then 2 months with a primary doctor is rare enough, I'm sure a specialist would be a 6 months wait. healthcare in south florida is insane!!!
