I was wondering if any ladies on here have any experience with or know much about ovarian cysts?

I'm 9 days late and we've been hoping it's bc we are pregnant but after several negatives I don't feel like that's the case.

I had some bloating and mild cramping last week in my lower back and pelvic area, as well as nausea that seems to keep increasing. Starting last night I've been having very noticeable pain in my left side in the pelvic area and just minor discomfort on the right.

From what I've read cysts are common but I don't know if the week of nausea also is? If this is what I have, will my doctor be able to do anything about it or I just have to wait it out? I normally wouldn't be to worried about it except we are actively trying to conceive so a small part of me worries about how this will effect it, or if I should me more concerned about it being something else.
