Is it illegal to use someone else's pee during s drug test?

Isn't it illegal to use someone else's pee during a drug test? I just saw a post and quite a few people are telling the OP to use someone else's pee or a little child's pee.🤔🙄 I'm just curious if it's illegal or not? I'm not quite familiar with this so excuse my ignorance.

Do they not realize that they check the temperature of the pee too? It's not that easy to just use someone else's pee. Like I've done a random drug test before and they have to come in and do they test while the pee is still warm

I'm an RN, and I can tell you that most places will ask that you leave the door open and tech will stay in the room. There's also dye set in the toilets and temp gages on most cups.

If it's a drug test going through the government / if you sign a waiver saying it's your pee, it's illegal.

Yes it's illegal. But if you need to use someone else's pee to pass a drug test, you obviously aren't too worried about the legality of things.

Yes it's illegal and if you're caught some places consider it an automatic fail. Tell them if they need to pass a drug test they should stop doing drugs.

Yea it is and if you get caught with it depending where you are it can be an automatic felony. Just saw this on live pd where the officer caught him with a bottle of pee in his back pack and where they were at(idr exactly where, somewhere down south though) it was a felony. Guy got a felony for carrying pee in a bottle because the law stated anything found on you that could deliberately cause a fraudulent drug test was a felony. Not something I would mess with. Not worth it.

We do pre employment drug testing at my work . 
 Illegal standpoint idk but not like we press charges . Just let the employer know . ( idk about illegal as in government jobs )
And the only consequence is not getting the job.
 We had cases where people keep the p warm by keeping it in between their legs like in a pouch. 
Some places require direct observation. 
My friend used to pee for her boyfriend years ago when he was a pot head .  I was like 😮
