103.6 fever
LO has had a fever throughout the day and the last check it was 103.6. She's never been sick before and actually besides her being a bit of a picky eater today, she has been active and talking, so pretty normal.
We're going to give Tylenol tonight and let her sleep in bed with us so she can nurse when she wants. Will call the doctor in the morning, of course, and have lots of snuggles. Anyone else have a similar story? What did it end up being?
