I'm in an interracial relationship, and I've always dated outside my race. It seems like every time a family member on their side is pissed AT THEM, they use my race against them. My bf just got into an altercation with his sister. She showed up at the house with attitude, asking questions. I was polite and cordial but she CLEARLY didn't think much of me. Later on, he calls her, they start yelling at eachother, because she is spreading rumors. They hang up on eachother and she mssgs him saying "F*** You, you look stupid for playing daddy for a white b**** and her kid"...I'm currently pregnant with his kid, and we make the same amount of money...so nobody is playing "daddy"... but it seems like everytime I'm with a man, his family has something negative to say about my skin color...and it makes me so sad because my granddad is black and my grandma white and they went through HELL to be together because of their skin color...I have to act like it doesn't bother me but on the inside my heart breaks everytime.
