confused??

I don't understand why if a biracial person ( white and black) is in a relationship with a black person it's not considered interracial. But if the same interracial person is in a relationship with a white person it's considered interracial???

Labels are stupid 😂in America, if you have any black in you, everyone is quick to just label you black when in reality that's not the most accurate thing to say. People fail to acknowledge the diversity of black culture and to acknowledge that it's okay for biracial/multiracial individuals to embrace all parts of their culture

Society still goes by the one drop rule in America.Look at the people doing DNA tests funding 6% black and saying they are suddenly black or mixed or whatever.

Because people tend to see any half white people as the minority and not the white side. I'm half white but no one will ever refer to me as white, they just see Asian. I'm guessing the same thing happens if you're black/white 😑
