Anxiety!!

Ok so my mother in law just asked me if she and her mom could take my 9 month old for a few hours alone. They hardly ever see him (by their choice), don't know anything about his schedule, when he eats, why he'd be crying if he did cry, nothing, and now they want to just take the baby! I'm having a lot of anxiety about this and don't know what to tell her. My own parents who see my son literally every day don't even take him anywhere. Not because I don't let them, it just hasn't been necessary.. should I let them take him or should I see if they want to just hang out here at my house for a while with him?? Side note- I am on bedrest right now and she just found out about that. I know she wants to help. I'm just not comfortable with them just taking my son....
