Night gowns or very loose fitting pants, no snug leggings. I wore sleep leggings, check out target online Gilligan omalley sleep maternity leggings

High waisted pants. And if you have a small throw pillow try using that if you need to cough or sneeze. Try to hug it almost.  My mom bought me high waisted Lycra ubderwear but I was so swollen they didn't fit.  I also used wee wee pads under me in bed bc I was afraid of  staining my sheets

I honestly didn't bleed that much after my csection just loose clothing around the area don't really need anything specific
