Pit bulls of the vicious list

Some places in Ohio are starting to take the pit bull off of the vicious dog breed list. Instead, a dog would have to do something vicious in order to be labeled that, such as the dog attacking someone without being threatened, provoked, or attacked first.

Personal I agree with this.I have always wanted to get a pittie, however I knew I had to wait until I owned my own house. Many renters and apartments complexes ban this breed as well as a few others because they are labeled as 'vicious'. I have never agreed with this labeling. It's not the breed, it how the dog was brought up. The German shepherds the military uses do not come out of the womb ready to attack, they are trained to do that, just like a pit bull can be trained to be gentle around an infant.

What are your thoughts? Do you think it's a good idea to take pit bulls off the vicious dog breed list? Or could it cause more problems?

All of you are making me a pit bull even more with all the photos of cuteness! They all are so cute!
