Vitiligo????

Question

I have these spots all over my body. I do have eczema but these spots aren't eczema. They show up in summer and fade in winter. Please help me. Struggling with confidence and need a diagnoses.

My boyfriend had those on his back. It's this fungal infection that comes up in dry hot weather, so summer, and fades around winter where it is cold. They're harmless but they do have medicine to try to help them

looks like sun spots , my bf has that too he uses Selsun Blue shampoo and it helps out a lot

I don't think it's vitiligo,  I have family history of vitiligo (my mom, grandma and aunts)and their's doesnt fade and when they are in the sun even for just a little bit their skin with the white pigment becomes red with blisters. You should see a doctor thou to get proper diagnosis. Good luck 😊

I get those to after I'm tanning for a while and because I live in like really hot weather (Florida), I thought they were sun spots but apparently it's just a harmless fungus but honestly I love mine and think they look cool but if you don't like them I think there's a like cream to make them go away

I get that on the top of my back, near my neck and my shoulder blades. I believe they are sun spots. Probably from being wet in the sun and having water dry on you? I've gotten them from swimming and not being completely dry

Personally I don't think it's vitiligo, I've known a few (already pale) people with it and it just doesn't look like that. Definitely looks like some sort of sun damage or even an allergic reaction of some sort (you can become allergic to things that you weren't allergic to before. Things like, hair products, lotions, gluten, medications, foods, etc. good luck!

Could be tenea versicolor. I have it on my back, it's a fungal thing that is caused by sweat or something like that. You can go to your doctor or put dandruff shampoo on it 🤷🏻‍♀️
