Kijiji deal too good to be true?

Hey girls.. i was browsing through kijiji (used stuff website) and i found a medela single pump for sale for 45$ canadian..normally it would cost around 200$

The lady claims its never been used,and when i told her i was intersted, she insisted on delivering it to my house herself the following day( tmw morning)

Now im just laying in bed thinking the deal is too good to be true and that she was too eager to get my address and phone number, please tell me..am i being paranoid? Or is there something fishy abt it?

Its my first time buying sthn online and i have no one to talk abt this so forgive me if its irrelevant.
