abdominal lump.henia?egg?

two weeks ago i picked up my son wrong.i ended up with a sharp tight pain in my lower right abdominal when the pain left a bulge appeared with like 3 small lumps on it. its right under my appendix scar that ive had for 19+ years.at first i felt discomfort, but now i feel pain of soreness .i thought it was a hernia so i went to medical doctor .the doctor had me cough while he pressed on my abdominal and said that he doesn't think it is a hernia because it doesn't hit his hand back when I cough. he also said that it is possible my egg is going to pop and that maybe that egg is the baby maker.he also thought it could be a fibroid as long as it's soft its okay then he sent me for a GYN appointment but that's scheduled on the 17th so i wanted to know if anyone has had this or had their egg pop before ? and how did that go?
