I think smoking should be illegal in public space. Just like drinking on the streets. I don't smoke and I don't need the smoke anywhere near me. My friend just had a baby and they decided to go to the beach. They found a great spot and set everything up. Five minutes after, a guy close to them decided to light a huge cigar. Like hello, there's a baby here. You can clearly see the baby. You're forcing my baby to have second hand smoke. My friend moved to a different spot, but it's unfair. If you want to smoke, smoke at home. You're killing yourself by choice, do it at your own space.
