help please!!

my last period was july 11-14. the past time I had sex was on the 4th. I had recently started a new job so my schedule to take my birth control was all over the place. my boyfriends condom broke but I dont think he came inside me. ive been experiencing light cramps almost everyday since my period ended and last night and this morning im a little nauseous and constipated. my nipples were sore only one day and that was for a couple hours. i posted about this 2 ago week agoa and no one responded so now im starting and im freaking out. im not ready to be pregnant to worry, am i pregnant? i have about 5 days till my period comes and im not read to be pregnant
