Does it stop?

Does the pain? The guilt? The anger? The hate? Does it stop? Because I hate myself still and it's been 3 weeks since I found out the heart beat stopped. I can't stop hating myself

No but yes. Some days it's okay but then you see something and EVERYTHING comes back.

You'll have good days and you'll have bad days. Cherish the good ones it's a process of healing and you won't feel so sad

It's not your fault, I know you feel guilt. I did and occasionally still do and it's been 2 years I still blame myself and sometimes my so. 
But I know it was neither of our faults, perhaps give the life a meaning. It really helps, give your baby meaning and it will hurt less even if it is just to bring you and your so closer. Celebrate his/her life.. by making a change something you can dedicate to ur baby.
