blocking my emotions

i've had two miscarriages... and in may i had possible third.. i'm just blocking it all out, i don't want to believe that all of the pregnancies i've had ended like that. at times my heart will ache but i just keep blocking it out. i'm sorry for being all over the place, it's just not easy..
