TMI endo and constipation

I am 27 and I have known I have had endo since I was 21 when I was diagnosed during surgery. I had endo mostly located on the outside of my bowel area. The last 4 months during my period I have had a new symptom and that is awful constipation! It almost feels like I know I really got to go but nothing is coming out. TMI but it also seems like all my poop becomes one and I am pooping out a giant log. So gross but it was so large last month that it tore my butt hole open and I could feel scratches inside. I am currently on my period now and I am have similar problems. I am going to call my obgyn and get in hopefully in the next couple of months (always takes forever to get in). I guess I am just wondering if anyone else is going through this??
