Can your hcg levels drop and the pregnancy continue or once they drop a miscarriage is imminent? I had my levels drop almost in half (448 to 268) and have been having almost entirely brownish spotting for 2 weeks. Is this the miscarriage? I always assumed there would be more blood and it would be more like a period and not just spotting. I'm not really having a whole lot of cramping either. Any help is appreciated. I go back to check the levels in a little less than a week.
