Prenatal vitamin
Is it ok to take half my pill in the morning no the other half in the afternoon? I am just feeling so sick when I take the whole thing. I have tried the take it in the evening but it then just keeps me awake at night for how sick I feel. Please reply if you have any other suggestions.
