How much weight should I gain in first trimester
So I have n appointment next week with my ob but I was wondering how much weight should I gain in the first trimester? I have actually lost about 5 lbs. and I am worried that something maybe wrong. Food is just not appealing. I hate all smells. And even just sitting up in bed will make me want to puke.
