No, don't spell it out too much. No ultrasound photos or key words like "expecting" or "baby" or "due". It's more fun when it slowly dawns on people what it is they're looking at. Just make a couple of subtle changes like writing the month in the sand in front of you, and I like the idea of using your hands to make a heart on your belly  :)
