Tampons?!?!

So I started my period may 2016 when I was 12. From then on I've used pads but want to try tampons. Any tips or advise?!

You have to relax!! Start out with small ones, tampax lites are good- my fave :)

I never use pads because they're uncomfortable for me, but I always wear pantyliners just in case. You don't feel tampons unless they're in incorrectly, then they can be uncomfortable.

It'll feel really awkward and weird the first time but you get used to it quick

take your time and remember to BREATHE and RELAX when putting it in the first time. it's gonna feel really weird and a little uncomfortable at first but it's honestly just a matter of getting used to it. you shouldn't feel anything after a while as long as you've put it in right. and you don't need to feel rushed to try it; my first time was when I was 15-which was this year actually- and I only did it cause I needed to for swim practice. I still only use them when I go swimming and that's just my preference. do what makes you comfortable
