Feel like passing out after exercise

I am hard on myself I must admit. Lately I have been calorie restricting and such, I made myself vomit for eating something bad for me, I found it horrible vomiting so dont worry I won't do it again, I do workouts multiple times a day and I don't exactly eat a lot. I see no pleasure in food anymore until I'm not allowed it. I take multivitamin gummies every day so I'm getting what I need but I realize that after I work out, (I don't do weight lifting just cardio) I tend to want to pass out and i just get tired quickly. I started restricting just yesterday so I don't see why this is happening.
